Pastor Ken grew up in Lancaster County and graduated from Ephrata High School. He spent his teenage years and early twenties as a musician, playing guitar in rock bands and clubs. He accepted Christ and was born again at age 22 at Mesa Church of Christ in Mesa, AZ. He then began to serve Christ with his music and God blessed him to play with the Christian band Overcome and tour with Tooth and Nail Records. It was during that time that his passion grew for seeing people’s lives changed by the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He then felt the calling of God on his life to become a Youth Pastor. He has over 20 years of experience in working with youth as a Christian musician, a Youth Pastor at Idaville United Brethren Church in Adams County, a Behavioral Health Therapist for NHS Human Services, and a Substitute Teacher in the Upper Adams School District. He has earned an Associate’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Tech, a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible from Lancaster Bible College, a Master’s Degree in Religion, and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Pastor Ken also serves as a Chaplain for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard one weekend a month and two weeks in the summer. Ken has been married to the love of his life Kristen Williamson for 22 years and they have a son, Zach, who is 20 years old and a daughter, Victoria, who is 17 years old. Pastor Ken and his family moved to Orrstown in April of 2012 to Pastor Orrstown United Brethren Church. Pastor Ken looks forward to serving the Lord for the rest of his life by helping to build His church and to see others experience the gift of salvation that is only found in Jesus Christ. Pastor Ken LOVES Orrstown United Brethren Church and thinks you will too!
